Today there were at least two miracles to cross our path, Jeremy and Avery! After a morning full of schedule changes and these two trying their best to accommodate, we had the pleasure of being a blessed and being a blessing as well. They were nice enough to go out of their way to help us retrieve our furniture in the midst of yet another schedule change on a long day. After moving furniture to two different third floor units, they had enough empathy and kindness to move a third. They could have made us wait, but they gave us their time and saved some of ours!!! And did I mention this was all in THE RAIN?!?!?! We are beyond grateful! I found myself wanting to do business with them just based on their superb customer service and the gorgeous furniture that was delivered today! I hope I can also receive something from Furniture One and I pray my delivery men are Jeremy and Avery! Today was a great day! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

Shannon Hogan welcomed us and was very helpful in helping me measure things, find the right items for my apartment and overall gave great customer service. She helped me furnish everything for a great deal! Will definitely come back for future furniture.

I was planning to go to my usual furniture store but decided to check out some options in the area. I found two stores and went to this one first. Glad I did because I didn’t even need to visit the second one. The store had what I needed without being overwhelming. I’m an in and out type of gal so this was perfect. Shannon H was helpful and not pushy at all. The delivery team was nice and quick with minimal conversation which I appreciated. Still loving my items and I’ll be back here as I slowly update my home decor. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Ryan buntin he did amazing job not only was he giving us quotes on everything we asked for he worked on prices and deals with us. He was very patient that we had two small children with us. It was just amazing and we would definitely be back to do more business with him personally.
